Heather grew up in a small town in Wisconsin where she learned many important life lessons and skills from her mother and grandparents at their little mini farm where she was encouraged by her family to become very well rounded. They instilled in her from a very young age a passion for learning and for sharing the knowledge that she acquired. She has always been driven and self-motivated but when Fibromyalgia problems took over, she was left feeling depressed and her body was in a condition that she wasn’t happy about. That’s when she decided to take back control and did the first thing her mother taught her to do…learn!
She learned everything she could about her disease and pushed herself and gained her certification as a personal trainer through NASM and went back to school to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Now Heather helps her clients feel their best through food, exercise, and healthy lifestyle changes by tailoring specific individualized programs. She acts as a supportive mentor and wellness authority by taking a holistic approach to their overall health, whatever their goals and fitness levels, for long term benefits that are realistic, attainable, and sustainable and not just a quick fix. Heather does her coaching and training at her private fitness studio Fit To A T in downtown Dunedin, FL
