This is a topic that I am very keen on sharing with women as well. So often women are diagnosed with health issues, like depression, when balancing their hormones through lifestyle changes, would better serve them. Personally, I use bio-identical hormones and have seen incredible results. Of course clean eating, exercise and neutraceutical-grade supplements are all part of the holistic picture for me as well. It is why I love supporting women though my health and wellness consulting as well. Sometimes it is an easy ‘fix’ and yet the imbalance is creating havoc in their lives and they don’t see a way out of it. Thanks for sharing your perspectives through this interview!

When I went through menopause, I decided to go the holistic route and found a good herbalist. It was the smartest thing I could have done and it made all of the difference!

      Hi Barb,
Apologies for the delayed response. Glad things have improved for you. What herbs have you been using?

Thank you for your insightful comment Beverley. It is often not an easy fix while we’re trying to figure out how to balance our hormones. You have outlined simple ways to do so, however. I personally have not tried bio-identical hormones yet. I personally have been getting good results with health eating, supplements and essential oils. It’s so great when we take our health into our own hands!
