Jayne Baker, President and Founder of Momentum, has over ten years of experience working with numerous individuals to help them achieve and maintain their lifestyle goals. Having lost and kept off over seventy pounds herself is in part why her clients feel she is so relatable. Her vision for Momentum is to empower people to break the inertia of their lives by connecting the science of proper nutrition with a mindset of self-love.
Having suffered all of her youth and much of her early adult years with digestive issues, Jayne finally experienced a reprieve in 2006 when a dear friend and mentor introduced her to digestive enzymes. This was a major turning point for her since she had been prescribed multiple medications that never yielded results and, in some cases, caused further distress to her body. The almost immediate feeling of relief coupled with dramatic weight loss astounded her and ignited a desire to learn everything she could about the building blocks of life known as enzymes. Extensive research led her to the realization that unhindered digestion was, in fact, the cornerstone of total wellness.
Momentum has since implemented sustainable systems with measurable results for both individual and corporate clients around the nation which includes the Fortune 500 company Jabil, headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. A native of the Atlanta area, Jayne moved to Tampa, FL in 1998 and obtained the designation of CNHP. In the spring of 2016 she accepted an invitation to sit on the Board of the Gala Committee for the Shriners Hospital for Children, and in the fall she began formulation on her first product, OneZyme.
